Abstract
The development of a web-platform for the collection and processing of organizational data of a student scientific conference was carried out. The results of software solutions for automation of organizational stages of the conference are presented: acceptance of submissions, formation of the conference program, preparation of certificates of participants, acceptance of abstracts, formation of reports, statistics, publication of the program, collection of abstracts, certificates on the conference web-site. The developed web-platform of the student scientific conference and related software solutions are made taking into account the features and needs of users. The testing of the web-platform was carried out for three years from 2019 to 2021. As a result of the approbation, technical shortcomings were eliminated and software solutions were finalized. The automated system for collecting and processing of organizational data of a student scientific conference is a subject to further development to form a common portal integrating other student activities.
