Abstract
An apparatus for the automatic performance of great numbers of pH-stat titrations, built around a Radiometer recording pH-stat, is described 2 2 Note added in proof: A commercial design has been made by ENRAF-NONIUS N.V. Delft, Holland. . The device is capable of assaying a large number of esterase rates completely automatically using known pH-stat procedures. The automated assay of cholinesterase is described in detail.
