Abstract

Mesoporous Films An oxygen tolerant, DDMAT-initiated and visible-light induced photo electron/energy transfer-reversible addition-fragmentation chain-transfer (PET-RAFT) allows for direct polymer writing in a mesoporous silica thin film. Using a commercially available microscope, micrometer scale resolution of the placement of three different polymers as well as block-copolymer functionalization are achieved. This flexible approach makes rapid prototyping of polymer patterns in mesoporous silica thin film easily accessible. More details can be found in article number 2207762 by Annette Andrieu-Brunsen and co-workers.
