Abstract

For the safe transport of the load using automated controlled vehicles, specifically pallets with passenger cars, it is necessary to design a control processes at multiple levels. However, the custom control of such transporters is also very complex because, in addition to the standard control loops of the drives, it is necessary to precisely compare the pallets to the lifting points, in the case of battery power to predict the range, diagnose the components states and other related tasks. This article deals with the real scale model built for parking house purposes and individual parts of the control system and its functional tests.
