Automated first and second order moment equations for probabilistic analysis of large scale circuits and systems

Abstract

Analysis and design of large scale circuits and systems affected by uncertainty can be performed using a first-order second moment method. Due to the complexity of the formulation of the moment equation, an automatic formulation of this procedure is required.
