Abstract
目的 探究自体造血干细胞移植(AHSCT)治疗复发难治性朗格汉斯组织细胞增多症(LCH)的疗效。 方法 报道1例AHSCT治疗复发难治性LCH患者的治疗经过，并复习相关文献。 结果 患者经过多次化疗后疗效欠佳，进行AHSCT治疗后完全缓解。 结论 AHSCT治疗可作为复发难治性LCH的有效治疗方案。
