Abstract

Current treatment options for moderate to severe symptomatic lumbar degenerative disc disease include fusion or conservative therapy. The use of autogenous BMC may provide a nonsurgical option for this condition. This is the first report of the safety and feasibility for using autogenous BMC in treating lumbar DDD.
