Abstract
Background: The use of Autogenous Calvarium Graft (ACG) is indicated for both primary and secondary congenital deformities of the craniofacial area and for the acute treatment of facial trauma. One of the adhibition of ACG is in the correction of orbital fractures, which represent 20 to 40% of the maxillofacial injuries, having a satisfactory result in the reduction of posttraumatic enophthalmos.
