Abstract
The General Motors (GM's) 2013 GMC Acadia midsize crossover sport utility vehicle (SUV) will offer the auto industry's first application of a front-seat center air bag. Stowed within the right side of the driver's seat, the deployed air bag will position itself between the front-row driver and passenger seats [1].
