Abstract

Autism is a multifactorial neurodevelopmental disorder that has been associated with immune dysregulation, autoimmunity, and reduced serum levels of immunoglobulins. We report a case of a 14-year-old male with X-linked agammaglobulinemia and comorbid autism. Additional research is encouraged to explore the potential association between autism and the immune dysregulation of X-linked agammaglobulinemia.
