Abstract

The article analyses the process of decision-making about authorization of a university’s network interaction projects. The methodological basis of the development of this process is the classical model of decision-making. With respect to its general elements, the author formulates the provisions that characterize the possibility and effectiveness of selecting a university’s partners from a variety of stakeholders. Authorizing decisions are regarded as one of the specific limitations determining the time perspective of network interaction projects. Effective organization of projects’ authorization with responsibilities assigned in the university management system, will allow it to increase the number of implemented projects on network interaction, and thus to expand its partner network and increase its competitiveness in the education market. We conclude that in the multi-dimensional management system of higher education institutions it is necessary to create an office for managing the portfolio of stakeholders which whould be in charge of preparing authorizing decisions.
