Abstract

We wish to thank Tarnutzer et al. for their interest in our article. On CT angiography, bilateral superior cerebellar, anterior inferior cerebellar, and posterior inferior cerebellar arteries were patent. The strokes were in the inferior and mid, and not superior, cerebellum. We referred to the floccular-nodular region,1 not lobe. Diffusion-weighted imaging and apparent diffusion coefficient changes in the inferior cerebellum, and apparent diffusion coefficient changes in the left flocculus, were present. Speculation of it causing abnormal pursuit movements is based on lesional and anatomic data linking the floccular-nodular lobe to pursuit movements.
