Abstract
We appreciate Dr. Sodhi and associates comments on our study. Dr Sohdi's main concern centers on the use of lidocaine for phakic trabeculectomies. Specifically, the risk of cataract formation and peripheral iris crowding during intracameral lidocaine injection was raised. We would like to address these points.
