Abstract: This Author Meets Critics conversation focuses on Raja Rajamannar's book Quantum Marketing: Mastering the New Marketing Mindset for Tomorrow's Consumers (HarperCollins Leadership, 2021). Rajamannar met with marketing and advertising specialists to discuss the following topics: his theory of the five paradigms of marketing; his definition of quantum marketing; quantum marketing's impact on culture and society; the changing role of the chief marketing officer (CMO); why the tenure of the CMO has declined in recent years; the skills required by marketers to work in a quantum marketing world; the importance of trust, ethics, and authenticity in marketing; biases and discrimination in technology and how to overcome them; and key takeways from the book.
