Abstract

This article deals with the authentic materials in the ESP classroom. Authentic materials are especially important for ESP trainees, since they reproduce an immersion environment and provide a realistic context for tasks that relate to learner’s needs. Authentic materials increase learners’ motivation but are difficult to adapt to the learners’ level of language, especially at the beginning level. It is also important to note that preparing such materials can be very time consuming.

Аутентичные материалы особенно важны для слушателей ESP, так как они воспроизводят атмосферу и обеспечивают реалистичный контекст для задач, которые связаны с потребностями учащихся. Аутентичные материалы повышают мотивацию обучающихся, но их трудно адаптировать к уровню языка учащихся, особенно на начальном уровне. This article deals with the authentic materials in the ESP classroom. Студенты должны познакомиться с подлинными материалами, которые связаны с реальным миром, чтобы иметь возможность практиковать язык, использующий аутентичный, особенно для студентов высших учебных заведений [1].
