Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines authentic and empowering leadership as antecedents of work-family enrichment while assessing the moderating role of supportive work-family culture. Data was retrieved from 328 employees from small-sized hotels in Ghana and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings revealed that authentic and empowering leadership positively and significantly influence work-family enrichment, further demonstrating that supportive work-family culture moderates the infuence of authentic and empowering leadership on work-family enrichment. Theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed.
