Auslander-Reiten n-exangles and morphisms determined by objects in n-exangulated categories

Abstract

Let k be commutative artinian ring and be an Ext-finite, Krull-Schmidt n-exangulated category. We define two additive subcategories and of in terms of the representation functors from the stable category of to k-modules. Moreover, we introduce two quasi-inverse functors and . Furthermore, we investigate the subcategories and in terms of morphisms determined by objects, and then give equivalent characterizations for the existence of Auslander-Reiten n-exangles.
