Abstract

Columellar necrosis often results in injury to the overlying columellar skin, the medial crura of the lower lateral nasal cartilages, the anteromedial inner nasal mucosa, and possibly the anterior septal cartilage.1 The auricular chondrocutaneous composite graft is one of the best reconstructive methods to date.2 Increasing graft size, however, increases the risk of graft failure and donor site deformity.
