Energy Audit to Improve Energy Consumption Efficiency in Building D Bank Indonesia, Electrical energy is one of the most important necessities of life for humans. Various human activities require electrical energy. Likewise, the activity in the D building which is one of the buildings in the Office Environment Bank Indonesia (KOPERBI) requires electrical energy is very large. Electrical energy is supplied from PLN 9,500 kVA connected power and back-up generator 5 x 1,500 kVA, equivalent to 7,500 kVA. Distribusui use electrical energy as follows: 8.56% lighting load, air conditioner (AC) 67.72% and 23.72% other building equipment. Jika dilakukan analisis dari diagram pemakaian energi di Gedung D Bank Indonesia dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa biaya konsumsi energi terutama energi listrik cukup besar yaitu sebesar 97% dan menempati posisi pertama dalam biaya pemakaian energi yang ada di Gedung D Bank Indonesia dibandingkan biaya konsumsi energi yang lain. Menghitung IKE Dari data konsumsi energi dan data luasan bangunan serta tingkat occupancy rate di gedung, maka dapat dihitung besarnya Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) Gedung D Bank Indonesia selama satu tahun dengan periode bulan September 2014 s/d. Berdasarkan perhitungan di atas dapat diperoleh besarnya IKE listrik mula-mula per satuan luas adalah 250,03 kWH / m2 year. Sedangkan target IKE per satuan luas untuk perkantoran adalah 240 kWH / m2 tahun (standar IKE ASEAN-USAID tahun 1992). IKE Gedung D Bank Indonesia lebih besar daripada target IKE listrik.
