Abstract

History: 14-year-old right hand-dominant male baseball athlete presents with two days of right elbow pain and swelling. He is a right-handed pitcher and notes a sudden onset of pain and swelling in his right elbow after 73 in-game pitches. He was unable to continue play secondary to immediate swelling and pain. He denies any elbow trauma, fevers, night sweats, or swelling in other joints.
