Abstract

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects both lower motor neurons (LMN) and upper motor neurons (UMN). There is a marked phenotypic heterogeneity between cases. The aim of our study is to present the atypical onset of this disease.
