Abstract
Un varon de 71 anos consulto por un nodulo en el pabellon auricular, de crecimiento progresivo, asintomatico. Presentaba coloracion rojo-violacea y consistencia firme, sin encontrarse pediculado ni ulcerado (fig. 1). La extirpacion en cuna de la lesion mostraba una tumoracion simetrica y bien circunscrita en dermis, constituida por una proliferacion de celulas fusiformes, ocasionalmente xantomizadas, con marcado pleomorfismo nuclear,
