Abstract

Herein we report an atypical colororation in the yellow-striped poisonous frog, Dendrobates truncatus (Cope, 1861), in Colombian Magdalena middle valley. This phenomenal corresponds to leucism pattern, which refers an albinism with a normal ocular pigmentation. This records provide an important input in natural history knowledge in this species.
