Abstract

The research “The Educational Cooperation Movement in the provinces of Pescara and Chieti: historical roots and new educational challenges” offers stimuli for reflection on the relevance of a popular pedagogy in Italy and on the central role that the school still holds today in the development and promotion of a democratic model that embodies the principles of responsibility and solidarity, in order to promote inclusion and to contrast social marginality.
