Attitudes of social workers toward peer review.

Abstract

Social workers are required to participate in a number of quality assurance programs and accountability systems that rely on peer review. The author reports on her study of social workers' attitudes toward peer review at one hospital prior to the establishment of a PSRO system. She concludes with a discussion of the implications for quality assurance programs.
