Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the attitude of the community of Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines in terms of the environmental policies implemented by the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO). Respondents were selected based on their availability. During the conduct of this study, three programs were being implemented namely, No Segregation, No Collection Policy, Weekly Clean-up Drive, and Waste for Cellphone Load. Each information about these programs was disseminated via discussions and lectures, IEC materials distribution, and social media utilization. And based on the results, the respondents agreed that the most effective communication strategy used by the MENRO Baliuag in implementing these policies is the IEC material dissemination obtaining the highest means for every program.
