Abstract
As a professional and practicing science, clinical probation teaching is an essential stage in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Under the current situation, clinical probation teaching of obstetrics and gynecology is facing more difficulty than before, so how to obtain the assistances of patients is very important.We attempted to stress medical ethics education, pay more attention to care of patients and discuss the content of clinical probation teaching with patients, encouraged patients to take part in clinical probation teaching more positively, ask more questions about their diseases to the medical students;enhanced the communication between the patients and the medical students. The teaching method of “problem proposed by patient based clinical probation teaching” is able to inspire patients' and students′interests, and enhance students' abilities so as to improve the teaching quality of obstetrics and gynecology.
