Abstract

Summary Five seropositive adult horses were inoculated conjunctivally with Brucella canis and postexposure temperature, hemoculture and serologic determinations suggested that none of the horses became infected. Antibody titers to Actinobacillus equuli generally paralleled those of B. canis, but not those of Corynebacterium equi.
