Abstract
The authors report oculo-orbital manifestations revealing a biopsy proven Wegener's granulomatosis. Lacrimal gland enlargement without nasolacrimal duct obstruction was diagnosed by CTscan. Despite ophtalmological lesions are observed in 50 % of the Wegener's granulomatosis, lacrimal gland enlargement seems to be an exceptional feature.
