Abstract

This is a clinical and conduction system study of a patient who developed sinus bradycardia probably caused by fatty infiltration about the sino-atrial (SA) node. Following a traumatic incident, there ensued hemorrhage in the SA node which produced atrial arrhythmias and collapse.
