Abstract

We present the case of a patient with advanced HIV infection presenting with an isolated subluxation of C3/4. There was no history of trauma and cervical myelopathy was not present. Spondyloarthropathy in HIV infection is increasingly recognized and spinal symptoms should prompt thorough evaluation.
