In this study it was aimed to develop a reliable and acceptable scale that can measure the attitudes of the students towards the principles and revolutions of Ataturk. For that aim, we tried to develop a five-point Likert type scale for attitude towards principles and revolutions of Ataturk. Related literature, students\' views and expert opinions were benefited at the scale development process. Survey method was used for the study. The scale was administered on 104 students at Firat University. KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) value was found to be 0,76; Bartlett test was measured to be 4934,019 and Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient was calculated to be 0,96. There are totally 40 items in the scale. 32 items are positive and 8 items are negative. The factor loads of the items vary between 0,38 and 0,81. These results show that the scale is both valid and reliable.
