Abstract
This paper focuses on the globally asymptotic synchronization (GAS) for delayed drive-response (DR) conformable fractional-order neural networks (CFONNS). Two differential inequalities (DIS) of conformable fractional-order (FO) are established, which play a central role in studying the GAS of DR CFONNS. By applying the new established two DIS of conformable FO and using L’ Hopital’s rule and limit algorithms of functions, two criteria on the GAS for the discussing networks are obtained. Since the studies on the synchronization for the CFONNS are very rare, the studies for the CFONNS are of important meaning in theory.
