Abstract

This paper develops the properties of a stochastic learning model first reported in [1] and [2]. Some mathematical problems that appear to be interesting in themselves have arisen in the analysis of the limiting behavior of this stochastic model. Because of this these problems will be examined in a framework that is broader than that strictly required for model analysis.
