Abstract

The output tracking problems of control systems were studied. The concept of asymptotic output tracking for a class of nonlinear differential algebraic systems was proposed. The nonlinear coordinate transformation was introduced by means of M-derivative and M vector relative degree, and in the new coordinate systems, the control systems can be expressed in a simple form. The sufficient condition and the feedback control law, in which the corresponding closed-loop systems exist unique solution and can realize asymptotic output tracking, were obtained by using this simple form. An example was provided to illustrate the results of the paper.
