Abstract
Second- and third-order members of a number-conserving set (vertex and propagator renormalizations) for E2 moments in the valence-shell single-particle space for the particle-vibration coupling model cancel exactly in the asymptotic limit, i.e., second- and third-order radiative corrections for the electron-phonon system vanish in this limit.
