Abstract

Renormalization group techniques are employed to obtain approximate expressions for the large momentum transfer of the form factors in ps-ps coupling with electromagnetic corrections without photon self-energy parts. Our main result is that, whithin our framework, the form factors not only have the desirable vanishing property at infinite momentum transfer but are also free of ghosts in the asymptotic region. None of these properties existed in the earlier treatment of the problem with pure ps-ps interaction.
