Abstract

A 32-year-old male presented for routine check-up. Abdominal ultrasound was normal except for two well-defined pear-shaped structures in the gallbladder fossa, each having separate cystic ducts which were uniting together before joining the common bile duct (Fig. 1). Gallbladders were normal in thickness, there was no stone/sludge or peri-cholecystic fluid and biliary ducts were normal. Magnetic resonance cholangio-pancreatography (Fig. 2, video file) was performed to better characterise anatomy.
