Abstract

A 71-year-old white man presented with a 1-month history of asymptomatic pink lesions on various locations on his face. He denied having any fevers or chills and felt otherwise healthy. Other than the facial lesions, the rest of the physical examination was unremarkable. The patient had a medical history of diabetes, hypertension, and prostate cancer.
