Asuhan Keperawatan untuk masalah Keperawatan Pola Nafas Tidak Efektif Pasien Tuberculosis Paru dengan menggunakan Penerapan Posisi Orthopnea di Rs Pertamina Bintang Amin

Abstract

ABSTRAK Menurut Groenewald (2014), tuberkulosis masih menjadi masalah kesehatan serius yang menyerang masyarakat di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Lebih dari 99% populasi dunia dan kasus TBC dilaporkan di 202 negara dan wilayah, menurut data WHO. Indonesia merupakan salah satu dari lima negara di dunia yang mempunyai kasus tuberkulosis aspirasi (TB) terbanyak. Berdasarkan Profil Kesehatan Indonesia, terdapat lebih dari 724.000 kasus baru tuberkulosis paru pada tahun 2022 dan 809.000 kasus pada tahun 2023. Untuk RS Pertamina Binang Amin Lampung pada tahun 2023 terdapat 127 pasien yang dirawat di ruang paru yang mengalami kendala kebutuhan oksigen, khususnya TBC, dengan keluhan sesak nafas. Melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada penderita TBC paru di RS Pertamina Bintang Amin dengan menerapkan posisi orthopnea. Data program pengendalian TBC tahun 2015 yang diberitahukan sebanyak 330.812 kasus TBC baru, Pemeriksaan ini merupakan bentuk ekspresif eksplorasi dengan pendekatan investigasi kontekstual. Subjek dalam pemeriksaan ini adalah dua orang responden penderita tuberkulosis paru yang berada di ruang aspirasi di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin. Pada pasien TBC, penerapan posisi ortopnea memberikan efek mengurangi sesak napas. Penerapan tindakan keperawatan pada posisi ortopnea yang penulis lakukan selama tiga hari kurang efektif dalam mengatur pola pernafasan. Klien Bapak membuktikan bahwa masalah pola pernafasan tidak efektif pada pasien TBC, dimana permasalahan kedua klien teratasi. Ny. K dan Klien bekerja sama selama prosedur kedua dan memiliki laju pernapasan normal. Kata Kunci: Lansia, TB Paru, Orthopniea ABSTRACT According to Groenewald. The client Mr. proved that the problem of breathing patterns was ineffective in TB patients, where both clients' issues were resolved.
