Abstract

Ontario-based alkaline fuel cell specialist Astris Energi has signed a Letter of Intent for a joint venture with Las Vegas-based Alternate Energy Corporation (AEC), which recently acquired the rights to a unique and reportedly low-cost technology for the production of hydrogen gas.
