Association of Rs13476 Polymorphism in lncRNA GAS5 Encoding Gene with Type 2 Diabetes in Isfahan, Iran

به نتیجۀ جامعتری برای غربالگری دست یافت. نتایج بهدستآمده از این پژوهش نشان داد که در جمعیت مطالعهشده ،آلل Tبهعنوان آلل غالب بوده و آلل Aدر جمعیت یادشده مشاهده نشده است؛ بنابراین میتوان با تعمیم نتایج بهدستآمده ،بهعنوان نتایج نمونهای تصادفی از جمعیت بیماران دیابتی استان اصفهان بیان داشت که در جمعیت اصفهان ،ژنوتیپ اصلی برای پلیمورفیسم rs13476در ژن کدکنندۀ ،lncRNA GAS5ژنوتیپ TTاست .با توجه به ارتباط نداشتن پلیمورفیسم مدنظر با خطر ابتلا به دیابت در جمعیت مطالعهشده ،این مرتبط نبودن میتواند یا به علت تعداد اندک نمونههای مطالعهشده باشد و یا پلیمورفیسم

Summary
Gas[5] lncRNA is a long noncoded RNA that is involved in regulating gene expression. Studies have shown that the expression of GAS5 lncRNA is reduced in the serum of diabetic patients.
