Abstract
High omega-6 to omega-3 (n-6:n-3) polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) ratios are harmful to human health, with a less than 6:1 ratio recommended for healthy adults. We assessed the association of PUFA signatures with adverse pregnancy outcomes (APOs) in pregnant persons living with HIV (PLHIV).
