Abstract
Objectives: Exercised-based cardiac rehabilitation (CR) can increase HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C). However it remains unclear how elevated HDL-C and changes of HDL subfractions are correlated with the improvement of exercise tolerance in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients participated with CR.
