Abstract

Intermittent capillary glucose monitoring and HbA1C are standard measures used to assess glycemic control in pregnancies complicated by diabetes. Recent data show improved neonatal outcomes with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) in pregnancy. We sought to assess and compare the association of CGM measures and HbA1c with perinatal outcomes.
