Abstract
Expressions describing the changes of fundamental thermodynamic functions resulting from the modified Polanyi-Dubinin theory have been presented. These dependences are related to equations of adsorption isotherms including parameters for both the structural heterogeneity and the association of molecules. The degree of molecule association is influenced by the adsorbent forces field in all cases examined.
