Abstract

Patients with Atrial Fibrillation (AF) treated with Radiofrequency Ablation (RFCA) are still at risk of recurrence and hospitalization, which exacerbates patients psychological distress, par- ticularly in women patients. Good postoperative self-management can both promote early recovery from AF and reduce long-term recurrence, both of which are important for long-term health status and quality of life. Positive psychological capital improves patients’ health behaviors, however, the effect of psychological capital on health behaviors has not been studied in women with AF.
