Abstract
223 highly inbred lines of winter rye were investigated, using the in vitro culture of mature embryos, for their resistance to lysine structural analogue S-(2-aminoethyl)L-cysteine (AEC). The AEC concentration 0.20 mM was comparable to that in other cereals.
