Abstract

Domestic violence against women (DVAW) represents a serious public and social health problem because it has a negative impact on various spheres of the victim's life, and its effect is not limited only to physical damage, but also includes aggression of a patrimonial, moral nature, psychological and sexual. In this context, primary care is one of the main gateways for women victims of violence. In this way, the current work aimed to review the literature on existing assistance flows, including the scope of health and justice, for women victims of domestic violence from primary health care. This is an integrative review carried out in 6 stages. Data collection was carried out on the BVS, SciELO, LILACS and Pubmed platforms, during January 2023, according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. Twelve studies were selected to compose the final sample. Finally, a guideline for women was developed through the care network, with emphasis on the five main types of DVAW.
