Abstract

With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities, the investment of the state and society in colleges and universities has been increasing year by year. A lot of equipment used for teaching and research has been purchased and the teaching and research environment of colleges and universities has been significantly improved. However, the accompanying problems in the management of laboratory equipment in colleges and universities have become prominent. In order to solve the above problems, this paper uses big data, Internet of things, prospect collaboration and other technologies and theories to design and develop a university instrument and equipment asset management information system. The system has designed six functional modules, including purchase demonstration, purchase evaluation, acceptance and warehousing, use and maintenance, scrap disposal and performance evaluation, covering the whole life cycle of the instrument from birth to death. More than two years of construction practice shows that the system standardizes the daily work of school asset management, facilitates the statistical analysis of asset data, reduces repetitive workload, and improves the efficiency of asset use and management service level.
